Replacing Multiple teeth

Dental implants can also be used to restore large spaces created by the loss of 2 or more teeth.  You do not need to have one implant per lost tooth.  Implant retained bridges can be used to span a larger gap more economically.

Precision of fit is critical to the success and longevity of multi-unit implant restorations. Using our on-site CT scanner coupled with surface laser scanning of the teeth, bridges made at Cavendish House are custom CAD/CAM units, which provide extremely high levels of engineering accuracy.

The cost of a multiple unit bridge will depend on the number of teeth being replaced.  A bridge to replace 3 missing teeth, using 2 implants will cost around £6,000.
