Dr Richard Millhouse and Dr Stuart Ellis have been providing the All-On-4 treatment concept for over 10 years.  They both trained in Lisbon under Paulo Malo, the surgeon who invented this procedure.

All-On-4 allows the placement of angled implants to support a full arch bridge, and replace missing teeth in a jaw that has no teeth remaining.  Because the All-On-4 bridge uses only 4 implants the cost to the patient is greatly reduced over that of a traditional full arch implant bridge, which can sometimes require up to 10 implants.

All-On-4 bridges cost around £15,000.
